The parent leader knows how to talk to their children. They continuously build and nourish a constructive dialogue, in which empathy, that is, the ability to recognize the emotions of their child and to support them through communication, plays a fundamental role in everyday life. Today's children need to talk, talk, talk with their parents, to recognize them as a point of reference and above all to be able to talk to them about anything, their emotions, their fears, their problems. The parent leader is therefore someone who is able to constantly build and maintain a positive dialogue with their children. 2. The parent leader gives few rules, but clear and essential. Too many rules create rigidity and create insecurity in children. While instead there are few rules that are necessary to give your children the right points of reference. Rules are absolutely necessary for a child's good education, as long as they are clear, few and essential, thus leaving a space of autonomy to your children.
