She has been a Tutor for newly hired Teachers and a Trainer at various Institutes in order to the topic of "Evaluation" and "Programming by concepts". She has taken care of pedagogical and methodological training, always showing herself sensitive to innovation, participating in refresher courses and holding self-updating courses at the School where she works. She has gained extensive experience in the field of teacher training and in particular in preparing for competitions of all levels of School. She has been the First Collaborator of the School Principal for thirteen years.
