Starting from the parking lot located just above the Campo Base Refuge, first climbing to the Gippiera pass along the Dino Icardi path along the beautiful Vallonasso di Stroppia. From the pass we climbed the easy Tete de la Frema - 3151m. Once back down to the pass we skirted halfway up the Lac des neuf couleurs until reaching the Terre Nere pass. Once you reach the pass you must continue on the French side (north-west direction) following the trail (scarce cairns) that leads to the ascent channel towards the ridge that shortly leads to the summit of Tete de l'Homme - 3211m. The climb is characterized by only a few grade I (max II) passages. Once back down to the pass and via an equipped path (via ferrata kit useful) we took ourselves into the Vallone dell' Infernetto, reaching the path that comes from the Col de Marinet. The descent from the Terre Nere pass is made difficult by the terrible terrain made of debris. Once we reached the beautiful path we continued to the parking lot. Nice 20km ride with about 1950m of altitude difference..
