News from our partners. Innovative shunting locomotives TEM23 0001 and 0002 have begun the final stage of preliminary testing. At the Bryansk II depot, the locomotives are conducting a 300-hour test run. Over the next three months, experts will carefully check the characteristics of the TEM23 locomotives for compliance with the requirements of the technical specifications. Completion of all tests and receipt of a certificate of conformity for the locomotive is scheduled for June. The locomotive was manufactured at the Bryansk Machine-Building Plant (part of Transmashholding). • TEM23 passes the strength test
