Fake police officers and bank employees continue to call Muscovites and trick them into giving away their credit card passwords. The schemes seem to have been around for a long time, but they still work flawlessly – city residents meekly give the scammers the necessary data, and they write off millions of rubles from their accounts. Special correspondent Alexander Kushak spoke with victims of telephone scammers, and then learned how to protect yourself and your loved ones from the attention of telephone scammers.
