Mix water with creamer, stir well then add cocoa powder, stir well 2. In a pan, add butter and flour, cook until fragrant then add creamer solution while stirring slowly 3. Add granulated sugar and salt, stir for a moment. Turn off the heat then add the chopped chocolate, stir until melted 4. Transfer to a heat-resistant container then cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set 5. In a pan, add the glutinous rice flour, vanilla powder, salt and sugar 6. Mix the water with the powdered creamer, stir well 7. Add the creamer solution to the pan along with the oil, stir until smooth then turn on the heat and cook until the dough comes together and releases oil 8. Transfer to a heat-resistant container, cover with cling wrap and let stand until it is not too hot 9. Form a round chocolate filling of approximately 20-25 grams then coat it in tapioca flour 10. Fill the chocolate dough with strawberries then put it in the refrigerator 11. Form a round mochi dough of approximately 35 grams then flatten it and add the chocolate filling, form a round shape and coat it in tapioca flour 12. Add the creamer mixture and oil to the sauce pan. Stir until well combined, then turn on the heat and cook until the mixture comes together and releases oil. 8. Transfer to a heat-proof container. Cover with plastic wrap and let it cool until it is no longer hot. 9. Shape chocolate filling into balls of about 20-25 g, then coat in tapioca flour. 10. Fill the chocolate paste with strawberries, then refrigerate. 11. Shape mochi dough into balls of about 35 g. Flatten, add chocolate filling, then shape into balls and coat in tapioca flour. 12.
