He also did the same when he lost a game or every time he had to clean up his playroom, he always ended up screaming and bothering others. One day he met a very wise turtle and told him what was happening to him. The old turtle thought for a while and said: “The solution is with you: it's your shell. Every time you feel nervous, furious or angry, get inside your shell and calm down. Your shell will always be there for when you need it.” The turtle put the advice into practice and the next day, when a drawing went wrong, instead of screaming and tearing up the paper, he went into his shell for a while and calmed down. When he came out, he took an eraser and carefully erased the part of the drawing that had gone wrong and continued painting. When he finished, the turtle smiled with happiness because the drawing had turned out great and, most importantly, he had managed to calm down to solve his problem. From that day on, every time the turtle feels like he is losing control, he goes into his shell and when he comes out he already has a solution. HOW TO MAKE THE CALM JAR? To make a calm jar, we only need a bottle or a transparent glass jar, transparent glue, glitter and food coloring to give it color. First, we pour warm water into the bottle about halfway and then we add two tablespoons of glue and several dessert spoons of glitter. We stir until it is well mixed and add the coloring. Fill the bottle with more water and add more glitter or food colouring if you like. Close the lid tightly and… that’s it! HOW TO MAKE STRESS BALLS? To start, take a jar and pour the flour, rice or whatever you want to use as filling inside. Using a funnel, pour the contents of the jar into a plastic bottle and fill it with the filling. Next, take a balloon of the colour you want and stretch it well with your hand or by blowing a little to make it softer. Then, open the nozzle of the balloon and fit it into the mouth of the bottle. Turn the bottle upside down and shape the balloon by stretching it so that the filling material goes inside. When you have the amount of filling you want inside the balloon, remove it and cut the nozzle with scissors. Then, stretch the nozzle well around the ball so that nothing comes out and wrap it with another balloon that you have previously cut. You can use several balloons of different colours depending on what you want.
