Three prisoners taken, 13 civilians evacuated: on New Year's Eve, the Tavria paratroopers conducted assault operations and recaptured several important positions in the Kurakhiv direction. Three small assault groups of the 79th, each with 4 paratroopers, went on the attack at dawn on January 1. The surprise factor was achieved - the reconnaissance drones of the occupiers "overslept" the advance of the assault groups and the advance in the first houses. In one of the basements, our soldiers discovered civilian residents and helped them evacuate from the battlefield. In the next house, three prisoners were taken. All of them are from the Donetsk region, mobilized by force into the ranks of the occupiers. They served in the 91st separate motorized rifle brigade. They did not offer resistance, so our soldiers gave them their lives. Thanks to a carefully planned assault and coordinated actions, our soldiers took control of several important positions in the Kurakhiv direction.
