Hey! Welcome to another winter episode! :) The current winter season does not allow me to achieve many of the mountain goals I had in mind. There are no longer weather windows, only single days that allow for activity in relatively good conditions that are far from ideal... :P Such a day was 09.01, so I decided to use it. On a very frosty night with a perceived temperature of around -20, I paved a partially blown route to Zbójnicka Chata, where I waited for the sunrise. Then I set off towards Czerwona Ławka, paving a route in unevenly distributed snow, sometimes sinking even up to my knees and sometimes walking on the so-called concrete On the final approach to the pass the conditions were quite bearable - every now and then examining the unevenly distributed snow with an ice axe, we managed to reach the pass relatively quickly :) In the gullies that had to be overcome to climb from the pass to the summit the conditions were very good - apart from the final section at the ridge itself, where the snow was exceptionally nasty, loose and falling. The summit ridge, which I walked in its entirety in search of the highest point of the mountain, definitely provided the most excitement and was a beautiful addition to the route :) The music in the film, as always, is my own. Enjoy the show! :)
