INGREDIENTS 1 kg Sour Tapioca Flour 1 and a half cups Corn Flour 250 ml Water 250 ml Oil 1 Egg Salt to taste Water to hydrate the dough PREPARATION Pour the tapioca flour into a bowl. Boil the water and oil, pour into the tapioca flour to scald and stir with a spoon. When it cools, stir with your hands until the dough is well crumbled. Moisten the corn flour and pour it with the egg into the dough. Salt to taste (1 tablespoon for one kilo).
