The interval training combined with cardio elements activates fat burning and you lose a lot of calories. The Tabata workout works every part of your body, an ingenious full-body workout with the goal of burning fat and strengthening the body at the same time. We train legs, buttocks, stomach, back and arms. The training - Tabata Workout Strength Endurance 2021 - is divided into 30 and 10 second sections without equipment with music and promises you effective training, fun, motivation and a real strengthening and endurance factor for the whole body.
