Episode #181 of the #FromZeroToTheTop podcast tells the story of Track & Field, a company that was founded in 1988 when three friends decided to start a business to earn some extra money. They tested a few possibilities until they decided to sell sports jerseys. The business took off and they opened their first store in the Jardim Sul shopping mall in 1990. In 2004, they started investing in sports events and grew organically until 2010, when they started franchising. Today, the company has more than 360 stores, recorded R$1 billion in sales in 2022 and also has the largest street racing circuit in Latin America. In the midst of all the 'hustle and bustle' of running a company of this size, Fred Wagner, one of the three co-founders, came to tell the company's story in this episode of the #podcast.
