We dive into the sea to learn about the mysterious world of seahorses, pipefish and sea dragons. They are syngnathids, a family of highly vulnerable fish. Syngnathids, which include seahorses, pipefish and sea dragons, make up a fascinating family of fish. This documentary immerses the viewer in an amazing world where they will discover fish with an unknown and surprising biology, whose evolution over time allowed them to adapt to new environments on the planet and acquire unique characteristics in the animal kingdom. But these same characteristics have made them very vulnerable in an environment subject to increasing destruction by human action. The consequences are serious and very alarming for the wild populations of many of these species. Their future depends on the development of appropriate awareness and conservation plans.
