An extraordinarily cute and delicious sweet bread, easy to make and that everyone will love, don't miss this recipe. INGREDIENTS: 450gr all-purpose wheat flour = 3 cups + 2 tbsp = 23 tablespoons 110gr sugar = ½ cup = 6 tablespoons ½ teaspoon salt 10gr granulated dry baker's yeast or 25gr fresh yeast 1 egg 250ml warm milk = 1 cup = 20 tablespoons 40gr unsalted butter at room temperature = 2 tablespoons 3 tablespoons cocoa or chocolate powder = 36gr 1 rectangular mold 30 cm long x 7 or 8 high, greased with oil. Aluminum foil and oil to brush the bread before baking. METHOD: In a large bowl place the flour, add the baking powder and the rest of all the ingredients except the salt and cocoa powder and start kneading until the dough comes together, add the salt and keep kneading, if it is too sticky add a little more flour until the dough starts to come away from your fingers and the table, knead for 10 minutes by hand or in a mixer until the dough is smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 2 halves and add cocoa powder to 1 of the halves and knead until well combined. Form each 1 of the doughs into a ball, place in a bowl, cover and let rise until doubled in size (1 ½ or up to 2 hours) Deflate each of the dough balls and make each into a 10cm x 25cm rectangle. Place the chocolate dough on top of the plain dough. Roll a rolling pin lightly over them to help the two doughs come together. Starting from the 10cm side, roll the dough into a log but stop ¾ of the way and using a knife, make cuts in the unrolled portion of dough to end up with 12 sections. Twist each strand. So that it looks like a braid, each of the strands. Roll the dough into the log leaving the seams facing down, then place in the greased mould, cover and let rise for 1 hour or until it fills the mould if it overflows it doesn't matter. 10 minutes before the end of the hour turn the oven to 180ºc so that it starts to heat up. Then brush the surface of the bread with oil, roll the mould very tightly with aluminium foil and try to press it well as I show in the video, put the bread in the oven completely wrapped and well covered with aluminium foil at a temperature of 180ºc for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and unmould. Enjoy! PS: By rubbing oil on the bread before putting it in the oven, the bread will not stick to the aluminum foil and the crust will be very soft. The technique of rolling it in aluminum foil ensures that the bread will not have a dark color on the crust or burn. In addition, by being tight it will create the most closed and at the same time very tender crumb that is the characteristic crumb of sandwich bread. At the same time, it helps the bread not to deform and remain with the perfect shape of sandwich bread. #temperosesabores #pandulce #recetadepan #desserts #sweets #chocolate #video #viral_video
