Hi, in today's video, as part of the Christmas cleaning challenge, we will clean the bathroom - we will mainly clean the tiles from dust and dirt, sort out the drawers with cosmetics or cleaning products, wipe the dust in the drawers or boxes. We will bake stuffed mini rolls, this time I will make both a savory and a sweet version. And this year I will not break my tradition of baking Christmas cookies, which is to try at least one new type of cookie. But it must not be anything difficult????. Mini rolls: 500 g of flour a bag of dried yeast salt, a teaspoon of sugar 250 ml of lukewarm milk 150 ml of oil We will process the dough in a food processor, let it rise for at least 1 hour. We will divide it into 5 parts, roll out the dough from each part into a round shape and divide it into 8 parts. We will put the filling - long-life salami, ham, edam, blue cheese, or nutella. Wrap like a roll, tucking the tip under the dough. Brush with egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds, salt or caraway seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Lumps (scoops????): 35 dkg of plain flour 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest 10 dkg of powdered sugar 1 vanilla sugar 1 dkg of cocoa 8 dkg of walnuts or hazelnuts 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 20 dkg of butter 2 egg yolks or a few tablespoons of milk We work the dough, let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator. We form a ball from the dough, flatten it in the palm of our hand into a circle, put a stiffer marmalade in the middle in the shape of a scoop and grate the dough on it on a fine grater - we will create a scoop. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. 13-15 min. After cooling, spread with icing - either gingerbread egg white or white chocolate, next time I'll probably make the classic brown chocolate. We get about 50 scoops from half the batch. #recipes #cavalierkingcharlesspaniel #cleaning #cleaning #ChristmasChristmas ????my channel: / @spravnabydlenka ????my instagram: / spravna_bydlenka ????music in the video: www.epidemicsound.com
