This is my Surinamese nasi, I hope you like it. If you have any questions, tips, feedback and/or suggestions, please let me know... Enjoy!! Ingredients for the nasi: 1/2 onion sunflower oil 3 cloves of garlic/1 teaspoon ground garlic trassi (1 cm2 cube) 1 full teaspoon tomato puree 3 large allspice balls, finely ground 1 maggi block salt (to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon for the nasi) 2 tablespoons salty soy sauce 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce 4 stalks of celery, finely chopped 1.5 tea glasses of rice (basmati or Surinamese rice) cooked and cooled 150 grams of shredded chicken fillet 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper add to the shredded chicken fillet
