Zain Abu Kautsar recited in an emotional voice: Zain Abu Kautsar Surah Kahf was revealed in Makkah. It is the 18th surah of the Quran. Verse number 110, Ruku 12. This is the second Surah of Para 15. The virtues of Surah Kahaf have been described in various hadiths. There are many virtues in reciting surahs especially on Friday. Some authentic hadiths are mentioned below- 1. On the authority of Hazrat Abu Darda (R.A.), the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, Whoever memorizes the first ten verses of Surah Kahaf, he will be protected from Dajjal's temptation. -Sahih Muslim: 809, Abu Dawud: 4323 2. On the authority of Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.), the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "Whoever recites Surah Kahf as it was revealed, it will be a light for him from his place to Makkah, and whoever recites the last ten verses of the Surah will be beyond the bounds of Dajjal." And Dajjal will not be able to exert any influence over him. -Sunan Nasa'i: 10722 3.
