The Surah "The Family of Imran" is the third in the Noble Quran. According to the most common version, the origin of its name goes back to the family of Imran, who is the father of Maryam (in the biblical tradition - Mary), the mother of the Prophet Isa (a.s.) - Jesus. "Al-Imran", which includes 200 verses, was revealed during the Medina period of the life of the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.v.). It is dedicated to the life of Maryam, as well as the birth of the Prophet Isa (a.s.)
