PASSION FRUIT CREAM FILLING: ➡️1 can of condensed milk (395g) ➡️1 box of cream (200g) ➡️2 tablespoons of powdered milk ➡️2 tablespoons of cornstarch ➡️400ml of milk ➡️3 passion fruits (or 250ml of concentrated juice) ???? MILK CHOCOLATE FILLING: ➡️2 boxes of condensed milk (395g each) ➡️2 boxes of cream (200g each) ➡️300g of noble milk chocolate (or to make it cheaper you can replace it with 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder) ???? CAKE MASS: ➡️5 large eggs or 6 small ones ➡️1 cup of sugar (180g quantity in grams) ➡️2 cups of wheat flour (240g quantity in grams) ➡️1 cup of cocoa powder (90g quantity in grams) ➡️300ml of warm water ➡️1 tablespoon of baking powder (15g) ???? FORM USED IN THE RECIPE: 20X8 SQUARE (If you are going to use a round form, use the 23cm one or rectangular form, use 30x22) ???? CUP USED IN THE RECIPE: 240ML ???? SYRUP TO WET THE CAKE: ➡️I used 200g of condensed milk and 500ml of filtered water (just mix the two very well and the syrup is ready) ???? TOPPING: ➡️I used a chocolate brigadeiro with: 1 condensed milk, 1 cream, 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder and half a tablespoon of butter (I brought it to the heat until it was filling) ➡️I finished with Melken Milk Granule and brigadeiros ????
