Friends, I want to share with you a little secret of one three-day diet. It's just a lifesaver! If you urgently need to lose 2-3 kg or you can only lose weight on weekends or you can't fit into your plan, then this diet is for you!!!!! It's very easy, very simple, without hunger pangs!!! ******************************************************************************************************************* DIET FOR 2-3 DAYS: 9:00 oatmeal porridge in water without salt 250 grams 11:00 millet porridge in water without salt 250 grams 14:00 millet porridge in water without salt .250 grams Besides this, you can't eat anything. If you don't feel like eating, you don't have to eat. Drink water as desired, if you feel like it, you drink it, if you don't feel like it, you don't drink it. Oatmeal is cooked 1:3 (cereals and water) millet porridge 1:6 (cereals and water) ********************************************************************************************************** HOW MY HUSBAND AND I EAT DURING WEIGHT LOSS: I eat 4 times a day, only what fits in a 250 ml cup. My husband maintains the result and eats 3 times a day, what fits in a 400 ml cup + 1 slice of whole grain bread. And during the day between meals 1 orange, 1 apple, 1 glass of kefir. (Kefir drinks at night, 2 hours before bed.) All dishes are prepared according to my low-calorie recipes, which are on my channel called MY HUSBAND LOST WEIGHT ON THIS! AND WE LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF!!! We drink tea, coffee without sugar and water during the day without restrictions, as much as we want. The approximate amount of water we drink is 1.5 liters per day (along with tea and coffee and other drinks).
