Watch part 2 of this video here • CASSAVA CAKE AND FREE-RANGE CHICKEN AT ... Text I wrote when I first visited the couple ???????? There are days when we feel a little down, it happens to me from time to time, just like that. I observe, remember the last time I was well and look for the moment when things changed. Sometimes it's a thought, a person or a word that bothered me. I don't give in, I try to stay active and not pay attention to the justifications that my mind creates. I pay more attention to what my body and emotions tell me and only then do I translate it into words. On this last trip to Lambari, one day I felt like this, as if I was dragging a weight and not even wanting to film, which is rare. In order not to stay at home, I decided to go to the fair to do scenes. I didn't find the scenes and I couldn't meet strangers, as is usual. Then, out of nowhere, a couple of fans appeared and we started a conversation. They said they watched all the videos on the channel. From Alexandrina to Luz. Since they were country folk and had land in the city, I suggested an interview with them in the afternoon. The discomfort continued. We went home for lunch and I almost called the couple to tell them that I wasn't in a good mood to film. But I didn't do it because I thought they would get frustrated. But my intuition was telling me that I shouldn't film that day, I should just visit. When I got there, being a loose tongue that I am, I immediately announced that I wasn't going to film and if it was okay for them to schedule another day. They breathed a sigh of relief and I confirmed once again that intuition is the best compass in any situation. Their place is beautiful, has a strong healing energy and it didn't take long at all, the weight I had been carrying since I was a child was gone in a matter of minutes! The place is Dona Regina's inheritance and there are many things that belonged to her mother, including the house where they lived, the orchard and the little house where they made sweets. The gardens are very well kept, with the plants arranged in a very natural way. The couple has a harmony that emanates peace to those who come near them. I will end the story here so as not to diminish the impact of our second visit to the farm of Seu Dimon and Dona Regina, whom I thank for the affection and hospitality on both occasions we were there.
