Created in 2000, the Balneário Gaivota-SC and Sombrio-SC Jeepers Sports Association, affectionately nicknamed “Caranguejos da Areia”, was created with the purpose of uniting lovers of off-road and in-road sports and those passionate about Jeeps and prototypes. With 20 years on the road and in one of the regions most prone to practicing the sport, Caranguejos da Areia fulfilled a dream of becoming a renowned association, with experience and respect within the sport through its members and collaborators. Today, the association is a partner of several social and ecological entities, bringing in addition to the love for the sport the social responsibility attached to any entity of size and importance within the sports category. With this, each tour and event held through the association will be carried out with all the care and dedication to you, “Friend Jeeper”, making our home become your home and creating the most important bond that is the founding pillar of this association, FRIENDSHIP and COMPANIONSHIP in the most difficult moments. We would like to thank all the friends we have made over the years and we hope that you will return to our home with open doors.
