This book is excellent for anyone who is looking to be more productive, have more control over their habits and their life, and wants to bring out their full potential. Among the top 5 books by Robin Sharma, I always say that The 5 AM Club is the best of all. Many people don't approach the book (maybe out of fear) because of its title. But let me tell you that, although there are reasons why you should start at 5 in the morning, the time is not the most important thing, but rather reserving a moment a day for yourself and for your personal growth. Normally we spend our time doing things for others and we leave ourselves for last... it's time to change that.
