Who is Professor Flávio Nunes? Hello, I am Professor Flávio Nunes. I have a degree in civil engineering, occupational safety engineering, and business management. After working in building construction for 12 years, I began my career as a labor inspector in 2007. Therefore, I have been working as a Labor Inspector for about 16 years. In auditing, I have worked both externally, inspecting companies, and internally, holding management positions. I initially took office at the Labor Management Office in São Bernardo do Campo/SP, and later worked at the Labor Superintendence in Salvador/BA, and currently work at the GRT in Dourados/MS. In addition, since 2011, I have been a member of the National Permanent Committee (CPN) of NR 18 (Construction), having contributed significantly to the drafting of the new text of NR 18 and Annex 1 of the new NR 5 (CIPA). In 2021, I joined the Permanent Negotiation Committee of NR 35 (Work at Height), contributing to the discussion and approval of the new text of NR 35. As a teacher, I have been working since 2009 in the preparation of candidates for various positions in the public service, especially as a Labor Tax Auditor, as well as acting as a monitor at the National School of Labor Inspection (ENIT), linked to the Secretariat of Labor Inspection, in the training of new tax auditors.
