Two cups of whole wheat flour, cup size 170 grams 2...... A cup of Al-Hasa date molasses 170 grams 3...... Four cups of water, cup size 170 grams 4...... A box of Bokersi fat for greasing 5...... Black pepper............. Method: First, we need a small metal pot or any available pot.... First, in a metal pot, we empty the hot water with the addition of molasses... Then we mix the molasses with the water well and empty the whole wheat flour over it and return to whisk it manually, all of this while cold without lighting the fire. After we have made sure that the flour is mixed and has become liquid..... We light a fire under it and make the fire medium to low.... ,⚠️ And it is important, important at this stage, to stir continuously from below so that you do not get a scorching in the porridge if Stirring manually... We continue mixing until the consistency of the porridge becomes heavy. The mixing time is from 7 to 10 minutes approximately.... After we see that the consistency has become heavy...
