In his speech at TEDxSpoleto, Mirco Gasparotto explains how for decades he has been giving back to others, entrepreneurs, professionals and aspiring professionals throughout Italy, the value he has collected and built in 38 years of entrepreneurial career. Mirco Gasparotto is President of the Arroweld Italia Group, a leading company in Italy in the industrial distribution of welding products and safety materials. He started from scratch at the age of 20, back in 1983, working as a delivery boy for a company in Zanè (Vicenza) that produced welding machines. At 25 he was already the sales director of the company with a decent team of salespeople under him.
