In my case I have used these ingredients: ????????‍???? 1 kg of squid 16 prawns 2 eggs 1/2 onion 2 garlic cloves salt to taste olive oil ground pepper to taste FOR THE SAUCE: 2 ripe tomatoes 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 bay leaf 1 tablespoon of flour cornstarch (or wheat) 1 tablespoon of choricero pepper meat (or 1/2 red pepper) ground pepper to taste taste 100 ml of brandy (or white wine) 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika saffron salt to taste olive oil ????????
