Leander is 20 years old and is in his 5th semester of studying civil engineering at the Technical University of Dresden. He has also been working there as a tutor for a year. What Leander particularly likes is that he creates something new, something that wasn't there before. And that he can be responsible for the logistical, organizational and financial processes on a construction site. That only works as a team – nobody can build a skyscraper, a tunnel or a bridge alone. Loners are not really at home in university either.
