This video addresses the area of strength in our core. Because when we feel strong in our core, it starts to show on the outside. In the Czech Republic, the term "deep stabilization system" is very often used, which is under the auspices of Professor Kolář. In the world, terms such as core, core stability and others are used for the spinal stabilization system. When the muscles that are part of the deep stabilization system are impaired, muscle imbalances and back pain occur. When practicing individual exercises or yoga positions, adjusting the position of the pelvis and chest is essential for optimal engagement of the deep stabilization system. If this adjustment were not optimal, the surface muscles would take over the work, but they cannot adjust the settings in the individual joints of the spine. Especially at the beginning, it is crucial to build good movement stereotypes and consolidate them. Each movement is a new path. As part of the exercise, we will start with gentle activation of the core in lower and simpler positions and then try to move on to individual yoga positions.
