Are there parallel worlds hidden from human sight? This question is fundamental to reason. Turns out it's not impossible. The other dimensions will either be confirmed or rejected. In the world of science, there is increased scrutiny. There are certain contradictions in our known physics. Our knowledge of the macro world and the micro world cannot be unified. General relativity is not compatible with quantum mechanics. This means that there is something fundamental between the two that we humans do not know. This is where String Theory comes in to offer a solution. The problems in physics are reduced if one assumes that there are 10 dimensions. Some of the greatest minds in the world are working in this direction. In this episode of "The Signs" we will meet you with the Bulgarian scientist - Prof. Radoslav Rashkov, who works in the field of String Theory. He lectures at the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the Technical University of Vienna, at the International Schrödinger Institute and leads the Bulgarian string group at Sofia University.
