Let's discover street art in Catania starting from the Librino neighborhood. Many people advised me against going there, but as often happens, clichés are never true. In Librino I met many people who told me their stories and I think it's right to pay attention to the street art and urban art projects in this neighborhood. I also passed by the Palestra Liberata where I was able to listen to a beautiful story (you can read it on the blog). From Librino I moved towards the Silos area of Catania where the Street Art Silos project for EmergenceFestival took place. The street art in the streets of Catania reminds me a lot of some Spanish cities: monuments, houses and tags coexist perfectly. It's something very rare and fascinating. In the second episode we will discover the other neighborhoods of the city, with some gems! If you are interested in Catania's street art, read my guide here: https://www.disagian.it/street-art-ca...
