A new species of giant squid over 1m long lives in the deep sea of Shiretoko - it doesn't have a name yet. This is the second part (Chapter 2) of the documentary in which monster fish hunter Takuya Kozuka pursues this "Namonaki squid". Due to bad weather, it is not possible to depart from Shiretoko, so he takes advantage of this single day of delay to embark on a 700km round trip overland fishing trip to the waters off Cape Erimo! Going back 10 years, he will aim to set a world record for "deep monster fish" under IGFA rules in the sea area where he encountered a giant squid over 2m long.
