The toupees are now replaced by, at most, a toupee and the shoulder pads that made you look beefier had been converted to permobiles, perhaps precisely because of the lack of muscle mass. But, as we loved Benidorm. Due to the storm that moved in over Valencia we were locked in Benidorm. It didn't matter to us. The city itself was a little wistfully retro-touristy, the parking lot was incredibly well-ordered and fresh, the shopping center was within cycling distance and, to top it off, we found lovely Swedes to hang out with and hang out with.
