In mid-February, one-and-a-half-month-old baby Mark died in Ryazan without regaining consciousness. According to his parents, this happened due to medical errors and negligence. Mark's story was not the only one - in the comments of grief-stricken parents, dozens of girls shared sad memories of their births at the local perinatal center. Svetlana's son suffers from cerebral palsy and cannot speak at the age of seven. And Anastasia's daughter, at two years old, has a nervous system disorder and can only make sounds.
