From this amount of dough, you will get 6-7 flatbreads. ✅Roll with mushrooms in an omelette ● Onion - 1/2 pc. ● Champignons - 200 g ● Salt - 1/2 tsp. ● Pepper - 1/4 tsp. ● Tomatoes - 2 pcs. ● Cheese - 40 g ● Green onions - 4 feathers ● Sour cream - 3 tbsp. ● Eggs - 2 pcs. (for each omelette) ● Cheese - 30 g (for each omelette) Step-by-step preparation: 1. Start by preparing the filling. To do this, lightly fry the onion in butter, add the mushrooms and fry them for about 10 minutes. 2. Cool the mushrooms a little and add salt, pepper, tomatoes, cheese, green onions and sour cream. Beat raw potatoes, fermented baked milk, onion and garlic with a blender until smooth. 2. Add water, egg, vegetable oil, salt, pepper to the resulting liquid and mix. 3. Add flour and mix well so that there are no lumps. 4. Fry the pancakes over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. ✅Potatoes with sausage ● Potatoes - 600 g ● Sausage - 180 g Preparation: 1. Thread the potatoes onto a wooden skewer and make a spiral cut along the entire length. 2. Cut the sausage and make a crosswise cut into half a ring. 3. Insert a ring of sausage between each piece of potato and bake until the potatoes are cooked, about 40 minutes. 4. There is no need to salt or pepper the potatoes, all the spices and salt are already in the sausage and they will transfer to the potatoes during cooking. ✅Lazy Brizoli ● Minced meat - 100 g ● Cheese - 70 g ● Eggs - 3 pcs. ● Salt - 1/3 tsp. ● Pepper - 1/4 tsp. ● Hot pepper - 1/4 tsp. (optional) ● Sour cream - 3 tbsp. ● Garlic - 1 clove ● Dill - 2 sprigs Step-by-step preparation: 1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. 2. Pour half of the bowl's contents into the frying pan and distribute evenly. 3. Fry under the lid for 5-7 minutes on each side. 4. Mix eggs, milk, grated cheese, salt and pepper. 2. Cut the pita bread into thin strips and fry in a frying pan for about 5 minutes. You need to dry the pita bread. 3.
