Abalone is a high-class seafood that can be bought at any Vietnamese or Korean market. Clean them and marinate them with spices and stir-fry them with common vegetables but the result is beyond expectation. Crispy, soft and sweet abalone meat combined with shiitake mushrooms will bring to our table a dish worthy of being called a delicacy.
