This time I show you how to make a skirt shorts step by step. The tutorial is aimed at the entire community, mainly at people who want to learn from the start how to make a tailored garment. You only need to take two measurements, which are the waist and hip contours, from the latter you get the rise and rise height. For the length of the shorts, the technique recommends between 35 and 40 cm as the ideal measurement.
