MATERIAL USED IN THE PAP (you can find all the materials in our online store, link below): 1 ultrasonic quilting board - MARILDA brand 2 30 cm wooden sticks 1 plaid bias tape 1 crochet ribbon tape cut in half 1 cut of white rubberized Nylon 70 (for the waterproof lining) Scissors and sewing machine MEASUREMENTS ARE INFORMED DURING THE VIDEO (this PAP does not have a mold) **** FER'S GIFT ***** LEMON PIE RECIPE Lemon Pie Dough: 2 cups of wheat flour 4 tablespoons of salted butter (cold) 1/2 can of cream 1 teaspoon of biological yeast Filling: 1 can of condensed milk 1/2 can of cream 6 tablespoons of lemon juice Lemon zest Meringue 3 egg whites 1/2 cup of sugar Preparation method: Sift the flour, add the butter cut into cubes, half of the can of cream and the yeast. Knead with your fingertips to form a crumbly mixture. When the dough is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Open it in the desired shape and place in a preheated medium to high oven for 20 minutes. Mix all the filling ingredients until it becomes a cream. Pour over the already baked dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat the egg whites with the sugar over low heat, stirring until the egg whites lose their viscosity and the sugar melts. This process is quick. Important! The egg whites cannot cook, otherwise they lose their consistency. Transfer to a mixer and beat until they double in volume or form peaks. Pour over the pie cream, form peaks and place in the oven to brown. It's ready ???? Serve chilled, and enjoy your dessert!
