For several years, a big problem for entities importing liquid fuels (or goods recognized as such, e.g. lubricants) to Poland have been the new reporting and registration obligations. Such imports are subject to reporting to the #fuelplatform. It is no secret that few people did it, which is why #URE is massively initiating proceedings aimed at imposing penalties for failure to comply with this obligation. In addition, few people registered in the register of importing entities, which includes such entities, which in turn may end with a huge criminal law fine.
