The Tyrolean Noriker is enjoying increasing popularity from year to year! So it is not surprising that today, in a never-ending caravan, masses of visitors flock to the Stallbachkaralm to watch the stallions fight for supremacy as the lead stallion! Before the stallions of the Tyrolean Noriker Horse Breeders' Association are rounded up to the Stallbachkaralm for their summer holiday, they have to fight out the hierarchy! The stallions are weighed and then presented by the STATE CHAIRMAN Christian Wild. If you watch closely, you can see that the opponents do not really want to hurt each other. They gallop towards each other with a roar, neigh as much as they can, get up high, kick out in front and behind, but for the most part they only engage in mock fights, feint, feint or try to bite their opponent.
