On October 18, 2017, the guest of the program was actor, lyricist and musician Václav Kopta, among other things, the son of the lyricist Pavel Kopta and the grandson of the poet and translator Josef Kopta, and a great guest on talk shows such as Scenic Interviews. From 1986 until at least 2017, he was a permanent member of the Semafor musical theater. He starred in many films and series, and is also the author of texts for, for example, a number of popular singers, including Marta Kubišová and Hana Zagorová. We talked with the audience for over an hour and a half about writing lyrics, about his father, one of the best lyricists we've had here, about his mom and a lot of other things. Here we offer a longer cut of the interview, which was entertaining as well as often serious.
