"We do everything with the main idea that our horses are happy, because only happy horses are healthy horses," says dressage rider Raphael Netz, summarizing his motivation for keeping horses well. This naturally includes plenty of exercise alongside riding. "We have beautiful, large meadows and every horse gets to go out on the meadow, regardless of age, level of training or gender." As part of the FN film series "Stable visit to...", the six-time U25 European champion gives the FN film team a look behind the scenes of his stable in Moosburg. Raphael Netz has been running his own dressage stable there with his girlfriend as a freelancer since this year. Before that, the 25-year-old had been based at Jessica von Bredow-Werndl's facility in Aubenhausen since 2016. The film provides insights into the new home and everyday life of his horses, especially his successful horse, the 13-year-old gelding Great Escape Camelot. For the film series, the FN film team visited six members of the dressage, show jumping and eventing squads this summer to show how they keep their horses. Films have already been released with Olympic champion Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and TSF Dalera BB and the show jumpers Richard Vogel, who took fifth place at the Olympic Games with United Touch S in Paris, as well as a contribution with Andre Thieme, who became European champion with DSP Chakaria in 2021 and won the Grand Prix of Aachen in 2024. The most recent contribution was about the visit to event rider and sports soldier Jérôme Robiné, who, as a newcomer, took seventh place in the individual rankings at the 2023 European Championships with his Black Ice. The film series “Stable visit to…” is made possible by the financial support of Agria Animal Insurance.
