Srednebeloye is an inactive military airfield (heliport) in the Ivanovo district of the Amur region. It is located approximately halfway between Blagoveshchensk and Belogorsk. Military town Srednebeloye-2. The date of construction of the airfield is unknown and there is no reliable information about its use in the early period. The airfield was home to: 194th Guards Transport Aviation Bryansk Red Banner Regiment military unit 15474. The regiment flew from the Galenki airfield in Primorsky Krai and was stationed at the Srednebeloye airfield for seven years, from 1953 to 1960, after which it was transferred in full force to Fergana. At that time, the regiment was armed with Li-2 piston transport aircraft. It is likely that the airfield was abandoned after the departure of the regiment and was not used. The 825th separate helicopter regiment, military unit 54902. It was relocated in 1968 from Kaunas (Aleksotas airfield, now known as the S. Darius and S. Girėnas Airport, is home to sports aviation and the Lithuanian Aviation Museum). The regiment flew under its own power, transporting technical personnel and the most essential property on board the helicopters; the support equipment was loaded and transported by a military echelon. The helicopters landed in an open field, at the site of their future airfield. This was one of two known regimental flights across almost the entire country in the history of helicopter aviation in the USSR. At the time of the relocation, the regiment had one squadron on Mi-8, one squadron on Mi-4 and two squadrons on Mi-6. The formation of helicopter units of the army aviation of the Far East began with this regiment, with its personnel and aircraft. In 1968, the 332nd Aviation Group, military unit 22467, was formed on the basis of the regiment under the 13th separate airborne assault brigade in Magdagachi. In 1978, the 332nd AG was divided into two aviation regiments: the 398th TBVP, military unit 92592, in Magdagachi, and the 394th BVP, military unit 22647, in Shimanovsk. Most of the command staff, both in the helicopter units of the district and in the military aviation department under the 1st ODKVA, came from the 825th and 319th regiments. In 1982, the 825th separate helicopter regiment was redeployed to the Garovka airfield near Khabarovsk. The 394th Combat Helicopter Regiment (since 1994 — OBVP BiU), military unit 22647, was formed in 1978 in Shimanovsk (Amur Region) from the 332nd Aviation Group, and in 1982 was redeployed to the Srednebeloye airfield, to its permanent deployment location. Beginning in 1980, the regiment's personnel were regularly deployed to carry out combat missions in the Republic of Afghanistan, and then the regiment's helicopter pilots were sent to Chechnya and Tajikistan. In 2009, the 394th OBVP BiU at the Srednebeloye airfield was disbanded.
