My homemade wire-rolled spinach borek recipe is ready for you. ♥️ Ingredients list; 1 glass of milk 1 glass of 50-degree hot water (one finger less) 4.5 cups of flour 1 package of instant yeast 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar 1 egg For the filling; 400 g of spinach 1 tea glass of oil 1 onion 1 teaspoon of chili pepper 1 teaspoon of black pepper White cheese Preparation; We put the flour into the mixing bowl. We make a hole in the middle and add the yeast, granulated sugar and salt. We add the milk, water and egg white. After mixing well, we start kneading. After kneading the dough for 3-4 minutes, we cover it with stretch film and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour. We start preparing the filling. We chop the spinach and onions. We grate the white cheese. We add the spices. We pour olive oil and mix well. We divide the fermented dough into 10 pieces. We sprinkle flour on the counter and roll it out with a rolling pin. We put 2 layers of dough on the tray and pour oil on it. We put 2 layers of dough on the floor. We spread some of our filling. We put the dough on it and grease it again. We add our spinach filling in between and continue the same process. We put 2 layers of dough on the last layer. We cut the pastry and brush it with egg yolk.
