He is the young Peter Parker, an orphan raised by his Uncle Ben and Aunt May, who became one of the most influential heroes of today, being part of the Avengers at various times, despite preferring a solo career. Spider-Man is an open-world action-adventure video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment exclusively for the PlayStation 4. It is based on the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man and will be the first licensed game developed by Insomniac. The game will tell an entirely new story about Spider-Man, played by Yuri Lowenthal, and is not tied to a film or comic book. The game will cover both the Peter Parker and Spider-Man aspects of the character and will feature a more experienced Spider-Man. Peter Parker (Yuri Lowenthal) is 23 years old and is interned in a laboratory while he is about to graduate from college. Peter has been Spider-Man for eight years and has settled into his role as the protector of New York City. At the beginning of the story, Spider-Man defeats Wilson Fisk (also known as the Kingpin), but a new gang known as the Inner Demons emerges who are now taking over Fisk's territory. Spider-Man then arrives at a construction site owned by the Kingpin and must defend Kingpin's men who are under attack by the Inner Demons. While fending off the Inner Demons from the construction site, Peter discovers that Martin Li, one of New York's most prominent philanthropists, is leading the Inner Demons under his alter ego, Mister Negative. Martin runs FEAST Shelters located throughout the city, which complicates things for Peter's personal life, as his Aunt May works at FEAST. The most recent Spider-Man film was Spider-Man: Homecoming. Spider-Man Homecoming is the first solo Spider-Man film as part of the MCU (or MCU, Marvel Cinematic Universe). Tom Holland plays the third incarnation of Peter Parker / Spider-Man in the movies, after Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, this time younger and with a more high-school atmosphere. Starring Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark / Iron Man, Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes / Vulture, Zendaya as Michelle, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Laura Harrier as Liz Allan, Tony Revolori as Flash Thompson and Marisa Tomei as May Parker.
