Almost 70% of Brazilian organizations do not feel prepared to react quickly to external shocks. And, in a scenario of accelerated transformations and disruptions, developing resilience is the number one priority for leaders in Brazil and around the world. McKinsey has just released the OrgBRTrends survey: the 10 macro trends that are shaping Brazilian organizations, which shows that, in addition to resilience, other topics are on companies' agendas: reducing the capabilities gap, remote work and fostering inspiring leadership, among others. In this episode, we will explore the main findings of this survey, compare them to global trends and indicate ways for organizations to start taking action.
