Beat the egg whites until stiff, set aside. In another bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar, add the oil, milk, lemon zest and a pinch of salt, beat for 1 minute until smooth. Add the egg whites little by little to the mixture and beat with a hand mixer until it becomes a homogeneous mass, add the chopped strawberries and fold in. Place the dough in the mold and bake at 170ºc for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the oven or until the stick test comes out dry, remove from the oven.
