Poultry farmer Christine Bremer has increased the number of parent turkeys and is therefore hatching many more eggs than before. The lively chicks have now hatched and the incubator is bursting at the seams. A blind turkey nurse is to raise some of the little ones. Christine hopes that the animal will cope with the lively offspring. In Badenhausen am Harz, trainee Silas is entering his final weeks on the Bercht farm. He has now been on the farm for almost a year and has learned a lot. Together with his boss Jonas, he is preparing for milking on this day too. A job that he does not really enjoy. That is why he is happy that after his training he is no longer bound to the strict milking times on his parents' arable farm. Things are happening very quickly on Jens Wöbb's flower farm. Lots of things are blooming. Jens is currently harvesting bellflowers, also known as campanula, with his mother. These flowers unfold their splendor in various colors. During the harvest, the insurance agent calls because Wöbb's shed recently burned down and the damage needs to be settled. In Schleswig-Holstein, Wulf-Heiner Kummetz practices filling up and starting the lawnmower with his daughter Lotti. Then Lotti mows a meadow on the stud farm by herself. It is important to Wulf-Heiner that his children learn to get involved at an early age and thus develop an understanding of the work required.
