In this TEDx Talk, writer Nicola Lagioia brings together the words resilience and the south. His speech begins with a historical-political analysis of what happened globally between the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century. The writer reflects on how critical issues at a global level have affected the south and invites the audience not to confuse resilience with resistance. Nicola Lagioia is an Italian writer. Born in Bari in 1973, he made his debut in 2001 with Three systems to get rid of Tolstoy (without sparing oneself). In 2004, he moved to Einaudi with which he published Riportando tutto a casa.
