How to make a soundproof plasterboard ceiling with your own hands. Often in apartment buildings there is a problem with household noise that penetrates through the building structure from neighbors. There are many ways to reduce noise, from budget to expensive insulated capsules inside the apartment. The video shows a soundproofed ceiling assembled using a self-supporting scheme, that is, without hangers and binding to the base ceiling. The set of measures includes: a damper under the wall profile, a special tape on the power profiles, a carpet of heat and sound insulation over the frame, acoustic wool between the profiles, silicone sealant at the junction of the first layer of plasterboard and the walls, sheathing with acoustic plasterboard in the first layer, the second layer of plasterboard.
